What we’ll need from you to narrow down your ideal space is some information such as: how many staff you have, what line of business you’re in, how long you’ve been established, whether you are relocating from another premises and an idea of monthly budget.
We’ll then outline the offices we feel are best suited for you, send you more details and arrange a viewing if of interest.
We have spaces of various sizes, catering for a maximum of up to five staff/ desks per room.

Our minimum term of lease is 6 months.
Some of our buildings do have on site parking available at an additional cost, some unfortunately don’t. If we are unable to fulfil your parking requirements, we are happy to forward relevant contract parking options to you.
Furnishings can be arranged at an additional cost. If you want a furnished room, we’ll do our best to set you up.

Unfortunately co-working arrangements are unavailable with us. However, Studio Circle offers private modular office space in which you have room to grow your business. With your own studio office, there are clear benefits which include: constant easy access, flexibility of the design (put your own branded stamp on the room) and of course the obvious advantages to privacy and security of your gear and equipment. You rent the room, not per desk, which can be more cost effective depending on your business size.
- We may request to see 3 months banks statements, this might be personal bank statements or business bank statements.
- We may request to see full proof of identifications (with utility bills etc.)
- We may request to carry out credit checks with your consent.
- We may request references from third parties.
