18 Bark Street

18 Bark Street is located in the heart of Bolton town centre, a stone’s throw from the main retail hub of the Market Place.

Therefore, the space is in close proximity to many aesthetic practices and clinics in Bolton BL1 and has historically been utilised for the medical and wellbeing industries.

The building was sympathetically refurbished to be in keeping with the heritage of the buildings in the vicinity. Moreover, the interior was designed to give off the feel of a traditional but sophisticated up-market impression.

Bark Street has the benefit of having three car parks surrounding it: NCP Bolton, All Saints Street East & West and the Market Place.

18 Bark Street - The Space

Currently, there are three rooms available in this building of all different sizes. Firstly, the building features two larger rooms, which would be better suited to physiotherapy, aesthetics and hair & beauty. Secondly, there is the smaller room which is better suited to a therapy consultation room or for nail technicians.

Furthermore, there is also a small kitchenette located on the first floor as well as door entry intercom. The rooms are ready to rent on a monthly rolling basis, with a minimum of £500 rental deposit required.

The smallest room is available from £399 per calendar month. Tenants are responsible for the rent and the electric supply as well as their own contents, public liability insurance and removal of their waste. The spaces are available fully furnished or vacant.
